The two cells worth staring at: OnlyFans is the biggest platform here and the only one with zero in-platform discovery. FansOne is the least famous name on this list and nearly the most feature-complete.
OnlyFans: the giant, but you bring your own audience
OnlyFans is the largest creator subscription platform in the world (377.5M users, verified July 2026), running a flat 80/20 split with subscriptions from $4.99–49.99 and PPV from $3–200 — mass PPV messages alone drive 60–80% of creator revenue. But it's the only platform in this comparison with zero in-platform discovery: nothing recommends you to a stranger, so every new fan has to come from traffic you drive yourself. That gap is exactly why so many creators go looking for OnlyFans alternatives.
International wire withdrawals carry two separate fees: OnlyFans itself takes roughly $30, then the receiving bank adds another $10–25. What lands in your account is smaller than the headline number suggests.
Best for you if you've already built an audience somewhere else and just need a payment page everyone recognizes and trusts with their card.
Fansly: OnlyFans' twin, plus an actual discovery feed
Fansly runs the same flat 20% cut as OnlyFans, with tiered subscriptions from $5–499.99. The real structural difference is the For You feed — it actively surfaces creators to fans who don't follow them yet, something OnlyFans doesn't do at all. Payouts route through Paxum or Cosmopayment, with funds held 7 days plus 1–3 more to process — call it a week and change before money moves.
The claim that Fansly "only supports Visa/MC" in Taiwan misses the real cause: the card acquirer blocks Taiwan-issued cards wholesale, regardless of card network. A virtual card is currently the only workaround.
Best for you if you want OnlyFans-level earning power but also want the platform actively pushing new fans your way.
FansOne: a Taiwan platform with more depth than its size suggests
Positioned as a "Chinese-language OnlyFans," FansOne has public evidence for all five core features — subscriptions, PPV, tips, paid messaging, live — which is more than its name recognition would suggest. The fee runs on a permanent tier ladder based on subscriber count: tier 6 sits at 8%, and lower tiers simply aren't published. The early-bird number you'll see quoted around is an entry price, not the standing rate. Payouts go straight to a Taiwan bank account; applying means linking a social account and a real name or stage name, with review notice inside 3 days — but the full ID requirement and payout cycle still aren't documented anywhere official.
Best for you if you want direct Taiwan bank payouts and Chinese-language support with zero time-zone lag, and you're fine calling support to fill in the gaps the docs don't cover.
SWAG: built for live, now running subscriptions too
A Taiwan live-streaming platform that pays a guaranteed hourly rate plus a performance cut, whichever is higher (S+ tier at NT$1,500/hr down to D tier at NT$500/hr) — a floor that's genuinely rare in this category. Zero tips on a slow night still means you got paid. Since August 2022 it's also run tiered subscriptions (US$5–250/month), so it's no longer just a tipping platform.
The in-app diamond pricing moves — SWAG raised it in December 2024 — so don't treat any "$X = Y diamonds" figure as permanent. The commonly repeated claim that "creators keep about a third" also traces to a single unofficial source; we're not using it as a representative number.
Best for you if live interaction is your strength and you want a guaranteed income floor instead of betting everything on subscriptions or PPV landing.
Pixiv FANBOX: an illustrator's platform that happens to allow R-18
This isn't really a typical creator subscription platform in the OnlyFans sense — it's pixiv's sponsorship platform for illustrators and manga creators, with a separate fee bracket carved out for R-18 content: 12.9% since September 2025, while non-R-18 content stays at 10%. There's no public evidence of PPV or live streaming, so it's a poor fit if your content is video- or photo-unlock based.
Wise payouts get misquoted as "fee-free" — officially, only PayPal payouts are guaranteed free (and explicitly open to overseas creators without a Japanese bank account). Wise fees actually vary by amount and exchange rate.
Best for you if you're an illustrator or manga creator who wanted a sponsorship model rather than an unlock model, and you happen to make R-18 work too.
